Shipping Terms
We process all stock orders within 48 hours so please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped. Please email support@kairoseandco.com immediately with the subject "ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your name, order number along with the correct shipping address in the email. If your order has not shipped yet, we will gladly make the change for you. In the event your order has shipped, we would need to wait until the order was returned to us to make any further changes.
We ship via USPS first class mail for all orders. Unfortunately, once the package is in possession of the delivery service, we no longer have control over them or their contents. If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or arrives damaged we assume no responsibility for it. This is not a reason to open a chargeback against us, especially when the tracking shows delivered. In many events it was delivered incorrectly to a neighbor’s house or placed in an unsuspecting area outside your property. The best course of action is to contact the delivery service and give them your tracking number so they can locate the package for you or resolve your dispute. If you ever receive any package in the mail that is damaged or opened - immediately take photos of the damage and note if any items are missing or damaged. Open a claim with the shipping company to start the process of receiving compensation for your missing or damaged items. We are very sorry if this super rare occurrence happens to you and will do our best to help you any way that we can to remedy the situation with the carrier.
If your package was sent back due to you putting an incorrect shipping address, you can either have your order refunded (excluding the cost of shipping) or pay the cost to have it shipped a second time. We are not responsible for extra shipping fees due to customer input error.
